Today, we will have chance to meet a local family and at the same time to get to know a little bit more about Turkish cuisine. First, we visit a local market or a local spice store. Then we continue to the village house where country women teach us how to prepare three most popular dishes in Cappadocia and Anatolia. They will show us how to make gozleme (cooked thin sheets of dough with cheese in them), yaprak sarma (stuffed vine leaves) and manti (meat pastry). And we will have lunch with the hosts and their families altogether. After lunch, we walk for about 4 km in one of the most attractive valleys of Cappadocia: , with its fabulous volcanic rock formations, is in the heart of Cappadocia but away from the tourist crowd. Rock-Cut hermit churches with frescoes and paintings fit with the Valley’s meditative atmosphere, remained intact since the beginning.
